Delete your NutriWright account

You can delete your account and its data at any time. Deletion can't be undone.

In the app

1. Open NutriWright and go to Settings → Account & privacy.
2. Tap Delete account, read what will be deleted, type DELETE and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@nutriwright.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my NutriWright account". We confirm the request with you and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile and your private health details (conditions, medications, allergies), and the encryption key that protects them.
• Your pain reports, workouts, goals, sleep entries, schedules, vacations, equipment, private medical list, cart, saved addresses and friend connections.
• If you are the last member of your household: the household and everything in it (pantry, meal plans, errands, shopping list).
• Your sign-in record with our login provider (Auth0), within 30 days.

What is kept

• If other people remain in your household, shared items you added (for example pantry items or errands) stay for them, with your name removed.
• Store orders: our copy is deleted with your account, but Shopify (our checkout) keeps the order and payment record it needs for tax and consumer law.
• Safety check records with no link to you (they record that a product was screened, not who you are).

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
