NutriWrightTerms of use
These terms apply to the NutriWright app, website and store, operated by TMGWright Inc., South Bend, Indiana, USA. By using NutriWright you agree to them.
Not medical advice
NutriWright helps you organise everyday food and fitness decisions. It does not give medical advice, diagnose, or treat any condition, and its safety filters can't catch every risk. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's advice, check product labels yourself, and stop exercising and get help if you feel unwell. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your account and household
You need to be at least 13, and a teen may use NutriWright only in a household set up by a parent or guardian. Keep your sign-in and recovery phrase safe; we can't recover private health details without the recovery phrase. Only add people to your household who agree to it. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
Subscriptions
Paid plans bought in the app are billed by Apple or Google, renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, and are subject to their refund rules. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you buy.
Store orders
Store products are dietary supplements and personal care products, not medicines. Prices, shipping and returns are shown at checkout. Orders are paid on Shopify's checkout page. Read each product's label and talk with your doctor before taking supplements, especially if you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse NutriWright: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Content and licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. You keep ownership of what you enter; you let us store and process it only to run NutriWright for you, as described in our privacy policy.
Changes and availability
We improve NutriWright over time and may change or stop features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
Liability
NutriWright is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, TMGWright Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
