When can I get the app?

The app is in final testing for iPhone and Android. Email us to join the waitlist and we’ll tell you when it’s in the App Store and Google Play.

Who can see my health information?

Allergies, conditions and medications belong to the person who entered them. The rest of the household only ever sees verdicts (“fine” or “not for this household”), never who or why. Medical Vault items are visible to you alone.

Where is my data stored?

On NutriWright’s own servers in the US, encrypted at rest with keys kept in a separate secrets vault. Our server decrypts it only to run your household’s checks. It is never sold, and never sent to advertisers, Shopify or outside AI services.

I lost my phone. How do I get back in?

During setup you write down a 12-word recovery phrase. On a new phone, choose “Already have an account?”, enter the email you signed up with and your 12 words, and the account is re-linked to your new sign-in.

How many people can share one plan?

Free covers up to 2 members. Household and Household+ cover up to 6, at one price for the whole household. Other members join with an invite from the Household screen.

How does the free trial work?

Household and Household+ start with 14 days free. We remind you before the trial ends; cancel before then and you won’t be charged. If you don’t continue, you move to Free and keep everything you entered.

How do I cancel?

Plans bought in the app are managed in your phone’s subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to Free.

Is NutriWright medical advice?

No. The household check compares ingredients with the health details you enter; it doesn’t diagnose or replace your clinician. Product labels list who should ask a clinician first.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. In the app go to Settings → Account & privacy → Delete account, or email support@nutriwright.com from your account email. See “Delete your account” for what is removed.
